Out of these 40, only two primary recommendations have been implemented (27% job reservations in 1993 and higher education reservations in 2008), while 38 remain non-implemented or partially pending. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] The 40 recommendations are spread across Chapter XIII of the report and are structurally divided into five main categories : [ 1 , 2 ] 💼 1.
