రాచరిక వ్యవస్థ లో మహారాజులు/రాణులు బయటకు వెళ్లినప్పుడు వారిని మోయడానికి బోయిలు ఉండేవారు. నేటి ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ లొ కూడా ఆధిపత్య కుల కులాల వారు పదవులు అధిష్టించడానికి ఓటర్లనే బహుజన వర్గాల వారు మోస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. దీనికి నిదర్శనమే తెలంగాణ, ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రాలు. విచిత్రమేమిటంటె ఏమిటంటే, ఇక్కడ ఆధిపత్య కుల మహిళలు తల్లిదండ్రులను, అన్నా తమ్ముళ్ళను కూడా లెక్క చేయకుండా పార్టీ లు స్ధాపించిఅధికారం కోసం తమ వారితోటే పోటీ పడుతున్నారు. బహుశా దేశంలో ఎక్కడా ఇలాంటి వాతావరణం ఎక్కడ ఉండదేమో. తెలంగాణ, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లలో ఒక కొత్త తరహా రాజకీయ దృశ్యం రూపుదిద్దుకుంటోంది. ఒకే కుటుంబంలోనే రెండు రాజకీయ ధృవాలు ఏర్పడి, అధికారం కోసం పోటీ పడుతున్నాయి. ఒకరి పై ఇంకొకరు కత్తులు దూసుకుంటున్నారు ,బహుజనులను పిచ్చి వాళ్ళను చేస్తున్నారు .వాళ్ళ అవినీతి చిట్టాలను బయటపెట్టుకొంటున్నారు .ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో వైఎస్ కుటుంబంలో అన్న–చెల్లెల్ల మధ్య అధికారం కోసం పోటీ, తెలంగాణలో కేసీఆర్ కుటుంబంలో తండ్రి–కూతుళ్ల మధ్య రాజకీయ పోటీ. బయటకు ఇది భిన్న పార్టీల మధ్య పోటీలా కనిపించినా, లోపలికి చూస్తే ఇది ఒకే కుటుంబం లోపల అధికారం పంచుకునే ఓ రాజకీయ కు తంత్రం ...

  The Central Government is set to introduce a constitutional amendment bill (The 131st Constitutional Amendment Bill) in Parliament tomorrow (April 16, 2026) to implement women's reservation. Through this bill, women will immediately receive 33% reservation in the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies. This includes a 1/3 sub-reservation for SC and ST women, and 1/3 reservation for women within the General category. However, there is no special sub-reservation for OBC (BC) women. Because this is a horizontal reservation , it applies only to categories that already have vertical reservation (SC/ST). Since OBCs lack vertical reservation in legislative bodies, OBC women are excluded from this benefit. While this reservation is undoubtedly important for increasing women's political participation and granting them a dignified place in society, it completely neglects OBC women. Through the 106th Constitutional Amendment , known as the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, 2023 , a decision has already been taken to provide 1/3 reservation for women in legislative bodies. While this is an important step toward women's empowerment, serious doubts are being raised about its implementation. When this amendment was passed, a key condition was included — the reservations would come into effect only after the 2027 Census and the subsequent delimitation of constituencies. These elections highlighted the political awakening of Backward Classes (BCs), their organized strength, their opposition to dominant politics, and their self-respect. They issued a strong warning to dominant castes. Particularly, the results proved how deeply the BC ideology has penetrated the people at the village level. There are a total of 12,760 gram panchayats in Telangana. Of these, 2,537 gram panchayats in agency areas are reserved for tribals. Excluding these agency areas, in the remaining 10,023 gram panchayats, reservations were allocated as follows: 2,090 for SCs, 714 for STs, 2,186 for BCs, and 5,233 for the general category.
